Returns

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped or produced. If your cancellation is accepted, a full refund will be issued. Please note that orders cannot be canceled once the item has been shipped.


Returns (If Applicable)
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. Customers will be responsible for shipping only once (this includes returns), and no restocking fee will be charged.


Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.

  3. Contact your bank, as refunds may take some time to post.
