Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and in the same condition as received

  • Returned in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or valid proof of purchase


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or “final sale” items

  • Used, damaged, or altered products

  • Personalized or custom-made items


Return Timeframe

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.


Return Address

Please contact our customer service team to obtain the correct return address. Return packages sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees.


Return Procedure

  1. Email us at service@24-hourservice.com with the following details:

    • Order number

    • Email address used for purchase

    • Description of the item to be returned

    • 2–3 clear photos showing the item and original packaging

  2. After receiving your request, we will review and notify you by email once the return is approved, along with return instructions and address.

  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components. Please use a trackable shipping service and email us the tracking number after shipment.

  4. Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned package, we will determine eligibility and process the refund accordingly.

⚠️ Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order separately.


Out-of-Stock Items

If your order includes multiple items and one or more are unavailable:

  • We will ship the remaining items and refund the unavailable product(s), or

  • Contact you to discuss alternative options


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped. To cancel, email service@24-hourservice.com within the allowed timeframe for a full refund.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide clear photos of the issue and your order number

  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost


Lost Packages

If tracking shows an order as delivered but it has not been received, customers must first contact the local carrier to locate the package.

If tracking cannot confirm delivery or the package is verified as lost, we will reship the item. Orders marked as delivered by the carrier will be investigated, and refunds will not be issued until the investigation is complete.


Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 2 business days

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued

  • Refund processing time depends on your payment provider


Refund Timelines by Payment Method

Credit Cards
Refunds typically appear within 1–2 billing cycles, depending on the card issuer.

Debit Cards
Refunds usually take up to 5 business days, but partial refunds may take up to 30 days depending on the bank.

Bank Transfers
Refunds are sent directly to your bank account and generally complete within 5 business days.

PayPal Balance
Refunds made from PayPal balance payments are usually credited the same day.
